Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Peak Bake Craft. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is due at the time of order placement for retail items. Custom orders require a deposit.

Custom Orders

Custom cake and catering orders require advance notice. A 50% deposit is required to secure your order date. Final payment is due upon pickup or delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Custom orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery date for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.

Delivery

Delivery is available within Houston city limits for an additional fee. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic and weather conditions.

Liability

Peak Bake Craft's liability is limited to the cost of the products purchased. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

While we take care to accommodate dietary restrictions, our kitchen processes various allergens. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order.
